While ERP and CRM were considered “legacy” software undertakings during the dot com era, B2B Workforce had the foresight to realize that the overall footprint of these large software firms would eventually win-out in the marketplace. Additionally, we focused extensively on building out our Public Sector practice beginning in 2001 as we recognized a fundamental shift in the market: corporate America was curtailing spending on new enterprise software initiatives while the Public Sector was just beginning to realize the benefits of investing in ERP and CRM software.
