Defense Client seeking End User Support Consultants who can provide on site support for their installations and support client post go live training efforts. Consultants will be trained on specific Defense Client applications and then deploy out to sites. Primary responsibility will be to gather feedback from end users and report issues back to functional/technical teams for resolution. Big plus to have Defense knowledge of installation sites, etc.
Successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to articulate defined solutions to new users, be able to operate independently to assist end users (including be able to learn new processes to meet user needs).
Focus on SAP Modules to include:
- SAP FI/CO
- SAP FM
- SAP PM
- SAP RE
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
