| Our client is looking for a business analyst responsible for program-level business analysis and reporting function. This role is responsible for providing analytical support, business understanding and quantitative metrics supporting the client's program initiatives. The consultant is also responsible for producing regular reports documenting program progress against a predetermined, accepted set of metrics.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for defining and owning the various project/program business models. - Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights. - Research and analyze key business drivers for program initiatives, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics. -- Develop financial and data models that provide a forward and backward looking view into IT investments. (the quantifiable costs, benefits, and intangible value). - Develop comprehensive performance reporting, business analysis support for the cross-agency program. - Engage agency stakeholders to identify project levers and gather underlying data required to model monetary and non-monetary impacts of various program initiatives. - Works with the client's Program Manager to gather information required to complete project NPV models. - Analyzes project/program model NPV trends and produce quarterly report for Executive Steering Committee that includes key metrics, progress against targets, and assumptions/commentary. - Manages the collection and reporting of results and required action items. - Supports other activities as needed, e.g., ad hoc reporting, task order/contract vehicle tracking, and creating and maintaining NPV user manuals and policy and procedures as needed. - Public Sector experience Highly preferred |
