Our Client has a need for an VoIP Subject Matter Expert. Candidates must have experience as a Telecom Operations Manager / VoIP SME. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with VoIP services. They will have experience with operational experience essential (in Financial Services firm a plus); data networks experience a plus. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining the voice environment as a service and must understand the service, maintain it, and identify its technology, process, and organizational requirements on an ongoing basis. The candidate will manage workload for telephony, be the resident telephony SME. They will also work on consolidation of telephony networks, support to the remediation of the trading floor.
Additional Skills:- VoIP vendor certifications (Avaya preferred)
