- ITSM 7.1/7.5 Change Management, ITSM 7.1/7.5 Incident, Management ITSM 7.1/7.5 CMDB, ITSM 7.1/7.5 Service Level Management
Position-specific Desired Skills: Experience with Crystal Reports and ITIL Foundations Certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the Remedy development and implementation team, provide BMC Remedy specific guidance and support to the implementation of a multi-tier, multi-server VM environment and implementation of external web-based access to that environment. Provide Remedy system configuration support to ensure system conformance with organization processes.
