| Oracle EBS Customer Data Consultant
Our client urgently needs a consultant with Customer Data focus instead of Product Data. Understanding of Oracle EBS/ Customer Hub will be needed. Role within the Process Team. For all roles, having high-tech industry exposure is essential (preferably OEMs or leading software companies), as well as significant experience in process design and development in the context of business transformation programs. Familiarity with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project + Visio) is essential. Local resource preferred.

Enabling Data for Business: MUST HAVE HI-TECH EXP- Cisco, EMC, Net App is required Assimilation of data needs by process area (quoting, pricing, config, order & invoice, sales contracts) - product, customer, account, item, price a Develop consolidated view of customer/ account related needs by process area b Build an as-is view of i. Data sources and ownership ii. Data dependencies and related information flow iii. Frequency, latency and granularity c. Characterization of enabling role for customer/ account i. KPC & associated capabilities ii. Process flows iii. Reporting & analytics d. Identification of key inter-dependencies with design needs i. For feeder/ associated processes ii. With functional/ process areas outside Q2I iii. With other projects & initiatives e. Design of expected structure and attributes for customer/ account as relevant for Q2I processes and Everest needs f. Design of associated aspects related to data ownership, access and ongoing management (in alignment with other programs i.e. EBI, K2 and any specified corporate standards ) g. Develop L1-L3 process flows for enabling data/ associated processes. Identification of KPCs and capabilities for associated processes (within Enabling Data, we need to determine process flows that are in scope for Everest/ Q2I)
