Ability to interview SMEs to understand how the system or process will be used to perform tasks on the job. Develop draft training material using the appropriate development tool (MS PowerPoint, InfoPak, MS Word). Create instructionally sound Work Instructions (WI) and Quick Reference Guides (QRG). Ability to create exercise data to be loaded into the training environment. Ability to coordinate and perform reviews of courseware with the client. Incorporate client comments and finalize courseware.
