Administrator responsibilities include: -Managing Site Columns (essentially Data Dictionary) -Managing Content Types (objects with one or more site columns) -Managing Lists and Libraries (objects with one or more content types) -Managing Authorizations -Managing Sites -Managing Search (search scopes and custom search pages) -Managing Features (features are packaged/deployed code/customizations) -Manage Workflows (SharePoint comes with a few out-of-the-box templates that you can customize) -Managing Custom Pages, KPI's, etc. |
