Government client is looking for a Senior PS Consultant/Lead to play a leadership role on the project and be involved in all phases of a life cycle implementation, including blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. The consultant must be able to work with end users on the SAP application-s integration and functionality; determine those technology inadequacies and /or deficiencies that can affect the functional area-s ability to support or meet the organizational goals as well as lead enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of the associated work products. Senior consultants on the project will lead both small and medium size teams and must proactively educate both team members and the client with specific best practices. The sphere of influence for a Senior Consultant generally includes team leaders and project managers, vendor or contractor SME-s, and limited exposure to project stakeholders. Critical Knowledge:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 years working in a SAP environment as a consultant or have played a key leadership role and SME on a project implementation team. In addition, the candidate must have actively worked on a minimum of 3-4 full life cycle implementations and have the ability to function as a solution architect, product expert or SME with depth and breath of various SAP modules ,sub modules, Interfaces, and a solid understanding of both functional and technical aspects and solid grasp of SAP methodology. Demonstrable experiences interacting and maintaining solid relationships with Executive and Senior Client Management. The individual should also be capable of leading medium to large sized teams of up to 20 + resources and able to deliver solutions with minimal guidance from project managers.

-PS-APP. Project budgeting
-PS-BD. Basic data
-PS-EXE. Project execution/integration
-PS-IS. Information system
-PS-OPS. Operative structures
-PS-PLN. Project planning
SAP ECC 6.0 experience is a plus.
